17.12.2010 The students of the “Children Dance School” made their first performance in Moscow

The “Children Dance School” took part in a celebratory concert dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Security Service of the Russian Federation. The event was hosted by “The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” on EXPOCENTER stage in Moscow.

The preparatory group of the “Children Dance School” performed a famous dance “Suvorovtsy” which was a premier turn of “The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” program. The debut of the young artists was staged by Olga Krasilnikova, the leading teacher of the classic dance in the “Children Dance School” and "The Governorate Ballet School" college. The children performed this dance for the first time on stage in Kostroma Concert and Exhibition Center "Gubernsky” on the 1st of July 2010 as a present for the audience and for the artists the Diploma project "The World called the Art of Dance”.

Accurate movements, perfect legs, turnout of the feet and high grands proved at once to the sophisticated audience that they were watching real artists, the future generation of “The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma”.

Girls in snow white ballroom dresses impersonated the image of dignified and majestic noble ladies and helping their cavalier step lightly and graciously. Their partners, dressed in original uniform of Suvorov Academy and having a poise of officers-to-be, looked perfect dancing in courteous, suave but at the same time austere manner.

The main target of the dance school "The Governorate Ballet School” is to train young, strong and skilled generations of dancers for “The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” by combining traditional and experimental educational methods, by instilling patriotism and awakening the feeling of love towards Russian history and culture.
