Yuri Valerievich Tsarenko

He graduated from Dnepropetrovsk Theatre College in 1980 trained as “director of a dance company” and in 1991 he got a degree in ethics and psychology in Kostroma State Teachers’ Training University named after N. A. Nekrasov. In 2001 he was given an award pin by the Ministry of Culture Affairs "for cultural achievements". In 2004 he was bestowed with the title of “Honoured Art Worker of the Russian Federation”. In 2005 he was given an order of “Philanthropist” by the social fund "Philanthropists of the Century”. He has been working as a teacher of “Basics of acting skills" discipline and the art director since the first days of the College. His teaching is characterized by an individualized student oriented approach and the ability to find something special in every person. His motto is "Talent, hard work and will to progress are indispensable parts of a real artist”. Yuri Tsarenko is engaged in upbringing of worthy successors for the key company’s artists.

Under her supervision the College was represented and got diplomas at the International Festival of Dance Schools in Kazan and at the Show Festival of Dance Schools dedicated to the 235th anniversary of Moscow Dance College.

In 1994 she graduated from Kostroma State University named after N. A. Nekrasov from the music and pedagogical department trained as a music teacher and she has higher professional pedagogical education. In 2004 she graduated from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics trained as an economist.

Irina Valeryevna Rubtsova

She graduated from Samara State Academy of Culture and Art in 1997 trained as a specialist in "Folk art” and a ballet artist of a folk dance company. She has been working in “The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” since 1998. She is a coach for the female part of the company and a soloist. She is a very organized person and can easily find uncommon solutions for pedagogical problems. She tries to inculcate into her students the same qualities she possesses – that is discipline, responsibility and professionalism.

He graduated from Saratov State Academy of Culture and Art in 1997 trained as a specialist in “Folk art” and as a ballet artist of a folk dance company. He has been working in “The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” since 1998. He is a coach and a soloist. He is a highly skilled professional and a first class teacher.

Ivan Yurievich Tsarenko

He is a soloist of “The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” and an heir to the family tradition, a graduate of the year 2007, the first graduation class of "The Governorate Ballet School” college affiliated to the National Ballet “Kostroma". At the moment he is working and studying in the Academy of Natalia Nesterova to be trained as a "teacher, choreographer, ballet master". He is in his fourth year. He started his pedagogical career in the College in 2011.

Pavel Mikhailovich Rubtsov

He graduated from Samara State Academy of Culture and Art in 2004 trained as a specialist in “Folk art”. He has a Letter of Gratitude from the local educational and methodological center of Kostroma region Department of Cultural Legacy, Culture and Tourism. He works with the College educational materials, takes an active part in students’ performance preparation and is in charge if the whole video archive of the College.

She is a highly professional teacher of "Make-up" discipline.

Tatyana Sukhareva

Tatiana Suhareva is an Honoured Art Worker of the Russian Federation and the author of the book called “Kostroma Art Museum: events, people and facts” published in Kostroma in 2006.

She was born on the 12th of May in 1949 in Polotsk (Belorussian USSR). She studied in Kostroma Teachers Training Institute named after N. A. Nekrasov (1966 – 1971) at the department of foreign languages, in Order of the Red Banner of Labour Art, Sculpture and Architecture Institute named after I. Y. Repin in Saint Petersburg (ex Leningrad) at the department of theory and history of visual art (1979 – 1985) where she was instructed by Professor V. A. Leniashin. For some years from 1975 she worked as a chief of the Department of the Soviet Art in Kostroma Art Museum. From 1979 she had the position of a Director Deputy for scientific work. At present, she is a leading research worker of the Art Department of Kostroma State Historical and Architectural Open Air Art Museum. She is interested in history of making a collection of the Soviet Art of the Museum, especially the creative works of E. B. Chestnyakov (1874-1961) as well as in the history of Kostroma Union of Russian Artists. She has been a member of the Union of Russian Artists since 2002.

He graduated from Kostroma Agricultural Institute in 1985 trained as a zooengeneer. He has been working in the position of a senior teacher of the department of anatomy, physiology and hygiene in Kostroma State university named after Nekrasov since 2002. He increases his level of knowledge in the sphere of anatomy and physiology of a ballet dance on a regular basis.

He graduated from Institute of Foreign Languages named after Dobrolubov in 1973 trained as a translator assistant of French and English. In 1984 he graduated from State Institute of Theatre Art (GITIS) trained as a specialist in organization of theatre affairs. In 1993 he qualified as a professional manager of stage art. He is a chairman of Kostroma Union of Theatre Workers of the Russian Federation and a member of the Administrative Board for Culture in Kostroma.

She is a sports master of acrobatics. She took part in international competitions many times. At the moment she is a fourth year student of department of Physical Education in Kostroma State University named after Nekrasov.

The main target of the dance school "The Governorate Ballet School” is to train young, strong and skilled generations of dancers for “The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” by combining traditional and experimental educational methods, by instilling patriotism and awakening the feeling of love towards Russian history and culture.
