The College Administration have invited on a regular basis the best teachers and high profile artists to hold exclusive master classes for their students: N. N. Voskresenskaya, Honoured Artist of Russia, the coach of the Kremlin Ballet and the author of an experimental method for teaching classic dance, N. F. Laktionov, the Laureate of the State Prize of the USSR, Honoured Art Worker of the Russian Federation, the Laureate of the State Prize of the Mongol Republic, Cavalier of Honour and the leading teacher of the College (acting skills), V. M. Okulova, the teacher of the top category of the classic dance discipline, Honoured Art Worker of the Mari-El Republic, N. I. Furaleva, Honoured Artist of the RSFSR and the leading teacher of classic and folk academic dance, M. V. Vasilyev, an artist of the Kremlin Ballet, N. Balahnicheva, the leading artist of the Kremlin Ballet, K. Ivanov, ex-soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, E. D. master classes of A. A. Borzov and V. I. BelyhThis time the student had an honour to learn from Anatoli Alekseevich Borzov and Valentina Ilyinichna Belyh.

Anatoli Alekseevich Borzov – an artist, a ballet master, a teacher, Honoured Artist of RSFSR, professor. He graduated from Moscow Dance College. From 1946 he was a soloist of the State Company of Folk Dance directed by Igor Moiseev. From 1949 to 1952 he worked as an artist and a teacher for the Moscow Military District Company. In 1969 he graduated magna cum laude from the State Institute of Theatre Art (GITIS) department of ballet mastering, the course of Professor R. Zaharov. From 1953 to 1981 he was employed as a teacher of the folk department and the manager of special courses of Moscow Academic Dance College. From 1966 to 1968 he was the Art Director of the Egypt Folk Dance Company and became the founder of the School affiliated with the College. From 1968 to 1970 he was a teacher of folk stage dance in Moscow Institute of Culture. From 1969 to 1989 he was a teacher, the Dean and Folk Dance Department Chairman and the Vice-President of GITIS. In 1992 he became the founder of Dance Academy of the University named after N. Nesterova and worked as the Dean of the Department and Department Chairman. He has staged more than 100 choreographic miniatures, suites, ballets and choreography compositions for operettas. He has written some articles touching upon the problems of choreography, a certain number of programs and study guides for folk stage and Russian dance.

Valentina Ilyinichna Belyh – an artist and a teacher. She graduated from Moscow Academic Dance College in 1973 and teachers training department of GITIS. From 1972 to 1991 she was an artist of the State Folk Dance Company directed by Igor Moiseev. Since 1992 and up to the present day she has been working as a teacher of folk stage dance in the Dance Academy and the Director of the Folk department in Dance College named after Nesterova.

The main target of the dance school "The Governorate Ballet School” is to train young, strong and skilled generations of dancers for “The Russian National Ballet “Kostroma” by combining traditional and experimental educational methods, by instilling patriotism and awakening the feeling of love towards Russian history and culture.
